BroncoSec Board

BroncoSec President

Hi all, I’m Kade. I will be the BroncoSec president for the 2020-2021 school year!  I am a Senior working toward a Computer Science and Engineering degree with a minor in Mathematics. My main passion is cybersecurity, but I also like messing around with servers, databases, and low-level computing.  I analyzed and reverse engineered malware at Proofpoint for a year before moving on to the attacker side and gained experience penetration testing at FireEye against some of the largest companies in the world.  In addition to school, I enjoy working on side projects so feel free to hit me up if you are interested - I would love the help!  I hope to see you at our workshops and meetings throughout the year!

BroncoSec Vice President

Hello everyone, I’m Matthew – a senior Computer Science major and the VP of BroncoSec. Last year, I had the amazing opportunities to serve as president of ACM and intern for Forza at Xbox. Game development and cybersecurity are some of my passions – I’m a big fan of steganography, reverse engineering, scripting, and lockpicking. I am from Kirkland, WA (where I don’t mind the rain) and enjoy biking, hiking, and hanging with friends (when there’s not a pandemic). Please reach out to me for all things ACM, BroncoSec, cybersecurity, game development, or college life! Shoot me an email or a DM on slack.

H4H CTF Lead

Hello there! I am senior Computer Science and Engineering major with a minor in Mathematics. I'm from Mongolia, but have lived most of my life in Oregon. I've always been interested in working with computers from a young age, but I found my passion for computer security through Capture The Flag hacking events in high school. Aside from that, I'm active on discord (Tamir#0294), so feel free to talk about video games, school, or really anything! I'm excited to talk with you all in person and online.

CTF Organizer

Hi All! I’m Casey, a Junior Computer Science major from San Jose. I’m super passionate about cybersecurity, and I love learning more about other topics like IoT, AI, and networking. You can often find me working on 3D printing projects, playing intramural sports, hanging out with friends, or at Schott Stadium, where I’m a student manager for the baseball team. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions, suggestions, or even just want to chat. I hope to see you all participating in our CTF competitions this year!

Workshop Coordinator

Hi there! I’m James and I’m a junior computer science major from just outside Boston MA. I’ve been interested in cybersecurity since I was in high school, which is why I’m so excited to be your BroncoSec workshop coordinator! When I’m not on the computer, you can find me tossing a frisbee around, or hanging out with friends. I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone this year, so if you see me around, feel free to say hi!
